Cancelling the order: You can cancel the order if it hasn't been dispatched without any hassle by simply logging into your account. Note: Custom(made to order) goods are not exchangeable. However, if the product is dispatched and you have received the confirmation email, you can only receive a refund once the product has been sent back by you and received by our warehouse.
You have only 10 days to return the product in perfect condition with the tags and complete packaging for the full refund. No refund will be made if the product has been damaged or used. Please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there is an issue.
For a small company such as ours it is important for us to only supply quality merchandise to you. In case you receive merchandise that has any issues in it, size issues, damages, etc please contact us within 10 days from the delivery date at email@example.com with information about the problem, the order number, your full name, and your contact number. Note: Custom(made to order) goods are not exchangeable. For non custom orders the return be made in two ways:
1) If you would like to arrange a reverse pickup please mail us details of your order and send the return slip with the goods. It usually takes around 8 to 10 working days. Once your product is picked up please send us the information and we will try and exchange your product swiftly.
2) You can also ship the product from your end and then provide us the tracking details of the product so we can track it from our side and expedite the process.
Packaging Advice: It is of utmost importance that the items do not get damaged on their return shipping. For Apparel, please cover the package in plastic and return it in an envelope to avoid damage due to the rains.
Conditions of Return: Clothes must not be used altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. Return is acceptable only within 10 days from the date of delivery. Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged. Returns shipping cost will not be covered by Hogwash. 'Made to order' Clothes are not covered under the return policy.
Any other changes: Any changes in your address needs to be informed to us within 24 hours of placing the order. You cannot make any alterations to your address 24 hours past your order placement/after the parcel is shipped.
If you want to ship multiple products to different addresses we request you to please place different orders for each delivery address.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will bear the cost of any such penalties/fees. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
Please make sure there is somebody available to collect the package when the delivery is made as in some countries parcels will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. If there are any other issues regarding the shipping or return please feel free to contact us.
